1. Overview
Dungeon Rift (“we,” “our,” or “the game”) is a single-player mobile game. This policy explains the limited information used to operate the game, understand gameplay, process optional purchases, and provide Game Center leaderboards.
2. Information We Process
No Dungeon Rift account, email, or sign-up is required. The game sends limited gameplay and technical events — such as app lifecycle events, selected hero and weapon, run outcome, difficulty, wave, biome, and upgrade choices — to PostHog so we can understand performance and improve balance. Session replay is disabled.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Your progress — including run history, earned gold, unlocked heroes and weapons, saved runs, permanent upgrades, and settings — is stored on your device. Deleting the game may remove this local progress. Leaderboard results are handled separately through Apple Game Center.
4. Analytics
We use PostHog to measure product usage and diagnose issues. We do not use session replay in the game and do not use this information to serve third-party advertising. The game currently contains no active advertising feature.
5. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Adapty is used to load the in-game storefront and manage purchase entitlements. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
6. Game Center
If you choose to use rankings, Apple Game Center provides authentication, leaderboard data, display names, and profile images. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. You can play Dungeon Rift without creating a separate account with us.
7. Children's Privacy
Dungeon Rift does not ask players to provide a name, email address, or date of birth. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the game or its service providers change. The revised date will appear above.
